For over the last decade, I have been engaged in the work of diversity & inclusion, talent acquisition and education supporting the business strategy of organizations, stimulating innovation, and improving profitability.

I am a Diversity, Inclusion, Belonging and Equity strategist who partners with executives and teams to create frameworks of equity within organizations that allow qualified talent to bring innovation to the workplace.

I am a Professor of Diversity Management and an educator. Over the past two years, I have delivered keynotes and panel discussions at over 100+ events in globally including Canada, US, UK, Middle East, Spain and Russia.

I am passionate about Talent and Recruitment and hold an Executive Masters in Human Resource Management from York University and have completed a Certificate in Leadership and Inclusion at Centennial College.
